Our Exercise Blog

  1. I am aprox. 50 lbs overweight, I dont have a lot of drive to do anything. Im a stat at home so my day consists of taking kids to school, clean the house, pick them up from school then cook dinner then off we go to take them to extra curricular activities. Wait... did I fail to tell you that in between cleaning the house I stop to watch Jerry Springer and Maury. while Im doing that I snack, Not healthy snacks either, hotdog and chips, sometimes Nutella on toast. and of course my choc.! some days I take a good hour nap. Since my mom died in June i find myself with no energy to do anything I know Im depressed and I know what I need to do but cant find myself getting started. Soooo starting today I'm going to convince myself to get on the treadmill for 15 min. And i plan on doing this for 5 days. After that I will report back on our blog. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions please feel free to post.. Tina

  2. You've taken the first step - I'm so proud of you!! 15 minutes of treadmill for 5 days is a great goal and I know you can do it!!

    Only the two of us can see the blog, unless you want to make it public or invite friends.
