Wednesday - pilates reformer class - 60 minutes
Thursday - Kickboxing - Atrium Y
Friday - REST & FACIAL!!
Saturday - 30 minutes elliptical, 15 minutes abs, pushups, ball pass, stretches
Sunday - CHURCH & REST (unless you count cooking all afternoon and getting ready for super bowl party)!!

Monday - Massage (love that woman)!!
Tuesday - Pilates
Wednesday - Dr Appr - add 2 cc in band
Thursday - kickboxing
Friday - Joined new gym close to house; 30 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes abs, pushups, stretches
Saturday - 30 minutes elliptical, 10 minutes abs, crunches, stretches
Sunday - 30 minutes elliptical, 5 minutes stretches
